MEET THE FOUNDER
Susana “Jhudel” Mayuga founded EmeralFi after years of serving individuals and families and recognizing a growing need among seniors for clear, reliable guidance through the complexities of Medicare. She repeatedly saw how many adults approaching retirement felt overwhelmed by their Medicare options and lacked the education and support needed to make informed decisions with confidence.
As a dedicated Medicare educator and advocate, Susana is passionate about helping people aged 65 years of age and above navigate the Medicare process with ease, security, and peace of mind. Through personalized guidance and educational support, she empowers clients to understand their options, and prepare for their healthcare future with confidence.
Beyond serving seniors, Susana is also committed to developing the next generation of professionals by helping aspiring agents obtain their licenses and build successful careers in the insurance industry. She believes that well-trained, knowledgeable agents play a vital role in expanding access to quality guidance and service.
Her vision extends beyond Medicare enrollment and agent licensing. Through EmeralFi, Susana is building a trusted community where seniors receive the education they deserve and agents gain the support, mentorship, and resources needed to grow and make a meaningful impact in the lives of those they serve.
